We do what we can to keep costs down for our customers. Therefore, our Paper Packs are shipped as “letters” through the Canada Post system, which means they do not come with a tracking number.
If you would like your paper pack shipped as a “parcel” with a tracking number, please add this item to your Paper Pack order BEFORE CHECK OUT. You will need to add one Tracking Number For Paper Pack for each Paper Pack in your order.
If the final Canada Post cost is less than what you were charged, we will issue a refund for the difference.
